Why would you limit yourself with email/zip submit only?

The easiest CPA niche to start making money is dating.

Also, Peerfly has more email/zip submits and they pay more.

i'm not limiting myself only to email/zip submits, Just I read it's easy for beginners.

With $200 you have few options. Facebook, PoF or buy some PPV traffic
off LeadImpact. I do it with plain old SEO. Find a keyword, create sniper
site.
