Ymultimedia gone?

I have been promoting some offers from ymultimedia and they are now not resolving. Anyone heard anything?

I've been trying to get a hold of my AM there for a while now and still no response. I notice now that their site is unreachable.

I think I have only like $120 with them. Wonder if I'll ever get it.

I have about $200 with them, but that is still lots of money. I am going to be pissed if they just disappear.

I just found that micosoft sued ymultimedia and the judge sided with microsoft a couple of weeks ago.

There goes my $200.

I actually just tried logging into my account there and I finally was able to. So it looks like their site is back up.

Hmm well in the in that blog they said they were sued last april. Which was like 9 months ago. So if something is happening with them now I'm not sure if it is because of what happened back in april.

Does anyone else here have any info on ymultimedia? Anyone in contact with them?

Today i received this mail from ymultimedia. Yes they are closing.

After a long successful run, yMultimedia
will be closing it's doors on Friday, March 25th, 2011.

Yep, got the same we are closing email. I emailed back and asked if they were finally going to pay me and they replied pretty quickly and said yes.

I never got paid as well. I emailed and told Sachin Patel that I needed to be paid or I would need to file a complaint with the AG. He laughed it off and said it would cost me more in court costs than it was worth.
