I use PlatinumBucks a lot and they work very well for me. I definately recommend them.

CECASH is working well for me, although PlatinumBucks looks interesting.

You would probably get a better response over at Netpond of GFY. There are so many porn sponsors out that it really depends on the niche you are covering, so recommending a sponsor out of the thin air just wouldn't be prudent.

Also, is you are in the US some sponsors restrict certain areas from signing up, CECash is one of them, so make sure you read the TOS for any of them before wasting your time filling out the application.
