Came up with an idea for an offline method for CPA offer promotion.

Very short and simple.

Contact restaurants in your area and ask if they are interested in making extra money, why wouldn't they be?

My idea is to have a sheet of a few CPA offers printed up all nicely and laminated and have one on every table, something for people to look at while they are waiting for their food.

Offer the restaurant a cut of the profits.

Throw a mobile FREE iPad submit, a dating offer, and a weight loss offer or something, with the URL and a scan-able QR code.

Very simple and basic idea I was thinking of, but have not tried.

What do you guys think?

I don't think this has much longevity. Last thing any business wants to do is throw unnecessary advertisements at their customers and I doubt the return would be that good. Keep thinking :)

your second post on here is a discouraging one ^^

His post contributed a whole lot more to the OP than your post did (no offense).

What he said is right anyway. If I owned a restaurant, I wouldn't be throwing ads in front of my customers while they waited - not unless the profits were worthwhile enough, and I don't see this happening with free email submits.

How about making a recipe site and then print flyers and then handing them over to a restaurant and ask the owner to pass the flyer/leaflet to the customer after the bill has been paid?

Better print flyers with free iphone 5 offer and drop them in schools, this is more targeted traffic than restaurants

The only way this will return huge profits is Corporate Brand advertising, like Disney Cruises during the spring/summer ie; Brands that people know and trust + happily pay 3-4 figures each. Your margins will be beyond worthwhile and you'll be focusing on 1 Ad at a time rather than 5/10 lousy email gigs.

It's common for restaurants to do this kind of thing with listings of other local businesses, so I don't see what would be so far fetched about promoting anything else that's not too out there. Obviously wouldn't throw adult offers or something, but some good mobile ones would be great, like pin submit, because most likely the people eating will have their cell phones right there - A restaurant owner would prob prefer an up front payment, or payment per month, etc, rather than a cut of your earnings tho lol...
