I have an offline business and I need a system that's efficient and very light. The system will only be for the members and the admin. Here are the features I want:
Basically, the admin/managers will update everything by putting up info and members/salespersons can just login their accounts and see their statuses. If possible, this system should be able to let us whitelabel it.
FEATURES FOR ADMIN:
1. Create new accounts for new members
2. Update the sales of the members (like putting in 2 sold products for this day etc)
3. Update the membership/account status of members
4. Upload files for all members to be able to download/print.
5. Post announcements/news for all members to see in their dashboard
FEATURES FOR MEMBERS:
1. Have their own dashboard where they can look at their current sales, earnings and status.
2. See company files that they can download/print etc.
3. Look at announcements/news.
THAT'S IT. I looked at Zoho CRM, Salesforce and others. They are overkills for what I want so kindly assist me on finding a lite system for this. Thanks!
