I hope many here are using telemarketers for cold calling.
What I need to know is from where do you hire cheap telemarketers for your offline marketing campaigns and what commission do you usually pay them per sale?

Odesk is your friend. Have to dig through a lot of junk to find the gems. MTurk i heard is very good, though I dont have personal experience with them; Microworkers is also good but I heard a wee bit more expensive then Odesk and MTurk. YMMV

Have you hired any telemarketer yourself from these sites? If yes what did you pay them per hour?

Honestly you'll waste your time/money trying to hire CHEAP telemarketers. You get what you pay for..
