What to put in a proposal?
I got a warm lead via email that asked for a proposal of services, I Googled proposals and followed the general format best I could. Now she's really warmed up to me and is eager to get into price talk and now wants me to send her a proposal so she can see what they're looking at price wise.
I have no idea what to do.
In the previous proposal went over everything except cost. I get the feeling that she wants the service, just wants to know how much at this point. I don't know whether to come up with something via email, real mail, or to call her, or try to get a face to face appointment out of her like I've read you're supposed to... I REALLY need this sale.
I kindof feel like an ass because I put most of my efforts thus far into getting leads, and haven't gotten much farther than that. (All of my training thus far has been online sales so when I get the leads, the websites and shit would do the rest.) I suppose I should make 3 general packages, she's already expecting monthly so I'll go for 3 different monthly/one time setup structures. She just seems like she dosen't want to call... I don't want to inconvenience her. I feel there's a good chance I could still get this if I just email her over some quick quotes and say we'll have to get together to discuss the precise price point, know what I mean? But I don't know if that's the right thing to do.
I would appreciate the hell out of some advice BHW... thanks...
Wherever you go, there you are.
