I never thought to sell what I know in internet marketing, always worked for myself. building website in different niche.

In the last 10 years the results was'nt bad but I realized reading some thread here that real money are in offline marketing. Selling SEO, website creation etc.

So I decided to start finding someclients. I live near an international airport in Italy and I have a domain like this "nameoftheairporthoteldotnet"
is just a bunch of pages with some map and the address of the hotels in the area one for each page. it' s not very optimized is online from 2006 never worked too much on it.
it's one of that project that you start but put on hold because you spend time on other project that are more lucrative.

Now I think this site and domian is a good mean to enter in this sector locally to sell my services.

the site is at page 3 in the SERP "nameofairport hotel" and in the first 10page for other related SERP considering it's just a poor content site is a good result.

Now my plan is to get on page one for all this SERP and for other SERP like "name of hotel name of airport"
I think that I can get a good boost in SERP with just installing wordpress and put some content for each actual hotel page and transforming it in hotel post.

this alone will give a great boost in SERP I think, adding some link will do the business .

Once I put it the site on page one, what you suggest for contacting the hotels in the area?

What do you think I have to sell them? Link on the site, review management, SEO service.
And what you think it's price I have to ask?

How many hotels are in the area? You could turn the front page into a top 3 or top 5 list with a short description of each and then link to a detailed page of each on your site.

Depending how many monthly searches (and ultimately visitors to your site) the keyword gets, you should be able to sell a monthly directory listing for decent amount.

The idea is great and you can just meet the hotel guys and offer them online booking facility and charge them for this.

I suggest inform yourself how many potential hotels are in that area and how many of them need such promotion. The idea is great overall and as you said, you can make good money from this.
I also suggest getting clients in with similar business, with your SEO experience and website building skills you can earn a lot of money, you just need to find serious clients.
