Hello guys just got Legal notice from Groupon lawyer about copyright infringement with a huge claim any ideas what should i do i can`t afford to hire any lawyer neither i can afford to pay for claim anysuggestions and oh yes what i used was Group on profit snatcher method anuy advise ?i really have no money to pay

if your that worried then do what they say in the letter. if they ask you to take site down then do it.

What is the copyright infringement about? Either way, get rid of site or content if you are stealing.

i already did that just worried about money they are asking for money too almost 500 GBP

No it was an Offline marketing PLR WSO i just did what he told and got screwed

Can someone explain without using abbreviations? I am interested because I am becoming a groupon affiliate.

Also, I would try to contact someone, whether it is their lawyer, or anybody they have on the Cease and Desist letter and see if you cannot talk to them. Tell them you cannot pay them and were actually thinking about bankruptcy. They will probably drop the case. (Not gonna spend money to sue someone that will go bankrupt).

You are not. Private label rights give wide range of resell and usage rights.
Where did you get that PLR content? Did you get txt file with what you can and cannot do with content?
I doubt that creator of PLR is demanding you to remove articles.
Maybe fake lawyers are trying to extort money from you or PLR content was actually copied from some site.

More details? I'm just curious, how did you fend off the legal attack?

First thing i did was i removed all content from website and than i wrote them back i am bankrupt not only to lawyer but i also contacted groupon and asked them to take their claim back and they did so , for saftey measures i also did changed whho is details as they didn`t had anyinfo about my address etc because of whois privacy

Just ignore it. If it is about content, take the content down and you are done.
