I'm in the process in setting up a boiler room. Computers are paid for, I found a predictive dialer I actually liked. The guy owning the office told me he could do my computer networking for free or very low rate. All is swell hardware wise.

My question is:
Should I hire a face-to-face salesman? I do not have the money to hire a manager to oversee the telemarketers so without one

I'm still having tons of trouble hiring, I've put up ads on Craigslist and Kijiji, but only two applicants have sent me their CVs so far. If anybody have any tips to manage that aspect, I am all ears.
