I would stick with SEO powersuite for the reports, you could modify a template to make it more friendly for the customers.
Ive assumed this is a monthly update report that you are giving customers? If its just an initial report then you could probably use Woorank as your initial report and then revert to powersuite for the rest of the time to show the progression.

ya if you wanna go lite & quick
firefox has some good extension like SeoBook/Semrush, SeoQuake , Alexa etc.
Woorank is good but I think SeoQuake gives a good all round ez to understand report

Depends what your clients want.
Most just want a ranking report, in which case the dead simple ones produced by traffic travis work ok for me.

Make your own in excel.
I use powersuite and google analytics, but extract all the data into privately made excel report. Looks good for client, and easy to read and understand.
I cant send you mine sorry, company policy.
I want something good to die for, to make it beautiful to live!
Definitely depends on what you want to report and whatnot. I usually just create my own in an excel report like rippy suggested. I want my reports to look a certain way and with this, I have complete control over it.
Just make your own program it will not cost you a dime and you will go through this easily.
I like using IBP - and BTW sometimes it is important for the clients to know that they don't understand it, so that they recognize that you are the expert, and then follow your advice without you having to explain why you are changing their fancy div headings to H1's and then styling them to match.
