Hey guys do any of you have any suggestions about outsourcing inbound calls? i believe that it would be more efficient and cost effective. I'd also appriciate any referrals to companies that do good work.

l0goz....
Is outsourcing Local SEO telesales a good idea in our opinion? Thanks.
yes it is as long your sales pitch is good. Ive worked for 411.ca which is the same people from YellowPages. They had a strong sales pitch for offering online seo and exposure. Only worked if I was aggresive to, but it is because we were talking to business owners. They dont want to have their time wasted.

yes want to know?
offering or want calling worker?
What I'm thinking about is having a "front line" telesales organization that roots out the "tire kickers". I'm dealing with US consumers and I'm thinking that I should have about 40K+ calls coming in monthly @ 3-5 minutes per call.
I know how call centers work. I've ran a few, but that's me being in direct management.
IF you know how call centers work, why would you want to base your incoming call switch overseas? OVerseas IMO, only works for funneling leads in mass. If someone is interested enough to call in, why do you want to throw them overseas, where it will fail. The only way overseas works is either the lead gen process, or where the caller has no choice but to bend over and accept it (airlines, tech support etc)
These are hot prospects, you should be managing your money and control your environment...go cheap - get sheet.

Yea, no, I wasn't thinking about basing the call center overseas. I want one here. I just didn't know if anyone on the forum has had any experience with any in the US and can tell me who's good and who's shabby.
do it yourself. you will pay $21-25 per hour here for any decent one. You can hire great workers for 0 for a week, then minimum wage for 2 weeks. Call it unpaid training for a week, they must prove themselves for 2 weeks, then pay them 10-12 per hour, with bonuses. This way you hedge your shit employees and end up paying about 6-6.5 per hour for the first month. Get a dump of a place to get you going, put up folding tables if budgeting is an issue. Your upfront investment will not be that much.
This is how I got started 20 years ago. I would buy computers, and return them 25 days later at the big box stores, kept that going for about 4 months until I was off and running. Manage it yourself, dont let others do it. If you cant manage it yourself dont do it at all, as no one will have a vested interest more than you.
