Whats funny is a created a website in their niche with their KW 2 weeks ago and I already rank #13 in google, they are back in the 70th position with a 1 year old site...

Luck has nothing to do with sales. You need to make him believe that if he does not buy services from you, he will die poor and lonely. Or at the very least poor. Sales is all about maximizing pain and you being the solution to relieve that pain. With the way SEO is blowing up and the numbers that are out there, I'd be astounded if anyone has any trouble selling this stuff.

Knock his socks off, make the sale and go on to the next one.

Well, it was odd..my bro in law set up the call with one of his biz partners who had an emergency and bailed BUT in his place he set up the call with a guy who has one website and is building TWO more.....Problem is its Pharma related but this guy makes bank...He sounded very interested and was more IM savvy than I thought...what he doesn't know about is the more recent events with algo's that affect SERPS but he was NOT clueless...He used to generate leads for the insurance industry online around 10 years ago.

Anyway the 2 new site he is putting up have not been built yet but he wants it to look great, having a shopping cart a way to implement affiliate programs and be perfectly setup for SEO. I told him I can outsource that portion if he likes but I will focus on SEO and traffic, I said I would take care of all 3 sites for $2k p/month and he seems pleased..gonna send him a contract tonight, right now I have to go to my real job!
