I just made this flyer, it's for my offline CPA campaign. I've never done this before and I'd appreciate any pointers any of you might have. Here's my copy:

I'm going to go to the print shop tomorrow and have them print 500-1000 of these to test out. Please let me know if there is anything I can upgrade.

It looks good. Maybe a way to get more conversions would be to give a number. Give the exact value of how much the Walmart card is. Anyways, good luck. Always nice to see another Californian BHWer :)

It's pretty damn good, are you planning on printing it in full gloss?
 
i really like it as well! i do agree though, that you should put how much the gift card is for.

Agreed, put a dollar amount, and keep it $5 or $10, or $20, very reasonable, but worth their time. If you make a profit from your first run, try split testing with 2 different websites. Test flyers with a dollar amount, and without, see which one gets more traffic.

Well, the thing is the site will just redirect to a CPA offer for now. When they go to the site the only WalMart offer I know of is $1000. I don't want to initially put $1000 on the flyer because it'll sound like a scam, and if I put $20 gift card and it redirects to a $1000 flyer it'll sound like a scam again lol.

I just found out Maxbounty doesn't have any walmart offers right now. Dammit. Should've researched first. I'll try to remake it into a Best Buy one.


I probably won't print it full gloss yet, just the cheaper option for now until I see how well it does.

Looks good BUT I've heard that you actually get better conversions with UGLY flyers.

Give it a shot and prove me wrong! i printed out 500 flyers in the past, since color printing was expensive I chose blue paper, with black ink. But I was too chicken shit to distribute them.. good luck



Also, is it 1 flyer per piece of paper? Thats gonna be PRICEY. What I did was I put 4 flyers per piece of paper and just cut them with the paper cutters they had.

I've heard that too about site banners because they "stick out" more when they're ugly :P.

Yeah, I'm going to change it to Target or Best Buy (Found the offers first this time, lol) and distribute them tomorrow on my day off. :D

Just run into the street in the middle of the night and throw them all over the place. You might even make the local news channel and they might show your flyer/website = Instant Viral website. You MAY want to have privacy enabled on your site.
 
I think it looks awesome!

Not sure how much all these flyers are going to cost you. I'm sure you could find someone online to print them and mail them to you for a lot cheaper. Perhaps you could get a small ammount done at your local print shop and then look for someone online to do a bunch of them. This way you can see if the small amount actually turns a conversion before you drop a bunch of money on 500-1000 flyers.

I found a guy on eBay. He designed business cards for me, he did a freakin awesome job!
