Will AOL ever make a comeback?

I think the new owners know what is best for it, I remember reading that they will be targeting musicians mostly. And not trying to be a little bit of everything anymore. I can really see it becoming an even more popular venue for garage bands and indie bands once the focus of the website is put onto strictly that.
i think it won't work, or they have to integrate it with facebook en google +. and defentily change the name, because the name isn't anymore "cool"
I think it's possible, If they make huge changes and find a new niche. Right now we are approaching a new era in the internet (like mobile). People are finicky and change habits fast, kids five years from now won't remember myspace's "bad reputation." My parents use Facebook now how cool is that? The minute Myspace was bought by Murdock it became a slow moving "old media" bureaucracy incapable of even being able to copycat Facebook. The question is can they implement and perform up to speed?

Myspace has always been the best platform for musicians i dont know why they ruined it..
First thing were those restriction of songs in the player - having only 5 songs on your profile was way too low.
Second thing : WHY DID THEY REMOVE THE CUSTOM LAYOUTS? it was one of the things that made myspace so special
third : too much spam - around 99% of comments on artists pages were spam
i hope the new owners will work on that 3 points and i think myspace will have a comeback for musicians
People, mainly young people, are flaky. Today it's facebook, tomorrow it will be something else.
yea thats true but what the heck is next after facebook? What tops facebook man?
Hmm depends on how the new management does the work.

with google plus in the works i highly doubt it. fb > google plus > myspace
I am no more using facebook from my personal account so for me facebook is no more in the game.
FACEBOOK dug them too far in.
no, they could, but not now...
dogs are cool.
I loved Myspace. Myspace gave birth to some of my favorite bands and a whole era of culture.
I don't think it will ever compete with Facebook again
