FBP and CAPTCHAs

FBP has for the past couple of months not worked for me when it comes to "No More CAPTCHAs". The problem is I request an sms code send to my cell. I enter it, Myspace says sweet, I'm happy this device is registered etc... Then logout, log back in and have to repeat the entire process.

FBP seems to be dealing with cookies differently than IE or Firefox. Thus everytime you login, it's deleting them and you have to re-register FBP.

Is anyone here still using FBP and dealing with this issue? I created a fix for it sometime back, but now nothing I do seems to work. I even emailed the FBP creator, and got a reply back saying FBP doesn't deal with cookies lol. So either he's an idiot or can't be bothered to address the issue.

The only way around it is using the decaptcher plugin! ;D

Yes using a decaptcher solution like the software that I sell is one of the only ways to keep ahead of it.

the no more captchas stuff is crap.

at least I didnt put a 9" wide banner 2" inches tall under my name, like most of the self promoters here.

I guess I can always do that, just like they do. But I figured a slight hint here and there.. without being spammy was the better thing to do.

Ah bugger. I somehow finally got FBP to save it's cookies and not lose the Captcha info upon closing. I think I went 3 days and it felt just like the old days. Now it's back to resetting each time. If you can get this working, it's still a better and faster option than using an external captcha program, but it seems most of use can't get it to work

Update. Captcha's just plain suck, but I think I may have found a way to make FBP work. But it's a procedure I have to do each time I start FBP.

Sweet. It looks like FBP is working again with the No More Captcha setting on Myspace. Took long enough, but FBP is no longer resetting it's cookie each time.
