I have a band page on myspace that i'm promoting for quite some time now.
I have more than 200,000 page view, and about 100,000 plays but for some reason i'm not apearing in any of the top-artists charts for my country.
In my country, these numbers are considered high (it's a small country).
Question is why don't i appear in the top artists charts at all, i'm not even on page 10, where artists on page 10 have less than 1/10 of my numbers (i also have more than 5,000 friends).

I did add a lot of views and plays from 3 or 4 ip's, and i did change my country 2 times in the past but it was more than a few months ago.
Any idea why i'm not in the charts? will i even be back there? can i write to myspace and complain??

because you are using fake plays and view. Before August 2009 , myspace shows those persons who are using fake plays and views, but after that myspace patched it website, now only genuine views and plays are ranked in top chart, not fake one, whether you have more than 200k plays and views.

thanks... and are those accounts punished for life? will i never appear in the charts again?
or only the "real" plays and views count and once i get these i'll be in the charts?
