Could be the easiest way to make money if this works out. I will try to rank a site by spamming it with all kinds of links. Will buy few Fiverr gigs and see how it turns out. Content will be copied from Ezine. This will be a use and throw site so once it starts ranking I will try to milk it as much as I can before Panda/penguin strikes.

duplicate content means panda update will effect you, panda update happens every month, sometimes twice a month, it will take you atleast 30 days to rank even in low competition niche. so that is the point?

Yeah its not going to rank at all ever, and even if it did somehow as leena said the panda is every month so you will get caught too fast for any sort of turn around.
