What code/script can I use to give visitors the option to...

I want to offer visitors the option to view the site via a mobile optimized site or the regular website.

Anyone know what script and/or code will produce this?

Hey so how can I configure my posts that they will show the full pics and posts without the need to select the dropdown in the upper right hand corner?

Is it also possible to remove the "Read this post" so that the ad banners i have in each post will show appear as soon as visitors arrive on the mobile site? (WP Touch that is...)

Lastly,

i disabled the "Powered by Wordpress + Word Touch" in the settings, but it STILL shows, why? Is this only possible for the premium plug?

Sorry for all the questions.. I actually sent these same questions to their support, but it takes them 24hrs to respond and i'm trying to get things set by today.
