I wish to do a website for a very busy local market with hundreds of shops.
Something like 50,000 shoppers visit the market daily.
They'd like each shop owner to have a page to display 10-20 products. I'm thinking there should be chat, forum, classified ads, groups, sponsored ads, auctions and so on.
What script would you use?
Would you charge for development in addition to charging shopowners to set up their pages?
I'd like to charge ongoing monthly management fees.
How else would you monetise the site?
