I'm thinking about setting up a member site but am pretty sure no-one will want to be first to sign up!

Does anyone know where I can get a few hundred mugshots of "normal" people to load up in pre-member profiles before promoting the site to the real customers?

use facebook and just use some profile pics from there very unlikely there gonna ever find out

and if your worried once you start getting real members delete some of the made up ones and no one will ever know

I'm planning on drip-feeding in dummy members and have a gadget so I can impersonate them through the admin to set up dummy conversations. That plus autocomments, free articles and the other usual guff should get things going.

The site is still under test as I finish off all the content and such so it's kinda under wraps at he moment.

Getting the pictures is really easy task. You will have to search for online magazines or other advertising panels.
Futher if you want to get the pictures of real persons. Then try social media sites.
