HELP! How To Increase Conversions on Membership Site
The membership site in question is http://betfairmethods[dot]com
I just wandered what you would recommend to increase conversion rate on it.
I'm getting a slowly increasing amount of traffic and the traffic is good. I'm just looking for the best ways to increase the conversion rate.
Thanks a lot!

I'll give it a try. But it's tough without knowing your current conversions. It just seems to me that you should do SOME selling at least.
Anyway... here's what I'd do:
- Start out with giving away a 7 day risk-free trial. Can be free up-to $4,95 (if you use clickbank).
- Add an effective sales video. Or a series of videos. I'm not going to lay-out any strategies for that here. But I know EXACTLY what I'd be doing.
- Less junk... focus more. The blog can be the backbone. To attract more targeted visitors.
- Then you need a better blog layout.
And that are just a few of the things you could be doing.
Obviously, if you have a 10% conversionrate already... you don't need to do a single thing. I would then focus on how to get the members to stick. And THEN work on conversions again.
Anyway... hope this helped. I am not going to give you any creative advices. Because you either need to do that yourself... or pay someone to get that done for you. It's only fair. Because marketers who understand this stuff really did/do spend a lot of money and time figuring it out themselves. Writing effective copy, etc. But what I described should definitely already point you in the right direction.

Agree with above. Give a free trial or something because to me it honestly looks like it could be a bit of a scam... 100% win rate on horses? Sounds fishy to me....
Just my honest opinion.

Re: HELP! How To Increase Conversions on Membership Site
Matey.. Does it really work? If I was to sign up and I'm guessing pay monthly...I want the system to work otherwise I would be asking for a refund and you want to minimize that..Which means you won't get people to stay on for as long as possible which obviously you want...
And that's why you need to give a free trial.. if it is a super high percentage of winning as your claiming, then you have to put your money where your mouth is... I been scammed by systems such as yours before so it is a bit of an iffy propersition....
If it works well, then you will get conversions and also word of mouth because it would be a "dream" to get 95+% winning on betting.

Re: HELP! How To Increase Conversions on Membership Site
95% win-rate is still very unbelievable. There are simply too many factors involved to guarantee that. If you're talking about a 100% ROI... MAYBE it could work and it MAY be more believable. But I'd honestly still be sceptical.
I'm not much into gambling. I play some gambling related games. And those are far from betting schemes. So I can't give any useful comments on the plausability of your claims. And that's not the issue here.
Then there's the selling issue. There's just no selling going on here. A couple of bulletpoints... and he expects people to give up a lot of money. Every single month. No credibility... nothing.
Besides that, I dislike untruthful marketing. And so do people who pay. And if your claims aren't 100% true in this very case... you'll get a 75% refund rate or higher in your first month! And paypal will not love you for that.
However, if your claims ARE true... people will stick. Because 47 GBP is a steal compared to what you can make. So the risk-free trial will be extended and you'll be making more and more money. Along with many other benefits.
Good luck, anyway.
