I am starting a new membership site and am stuck at few points. Can someone please help me out.

1) I installed Joomla 1.6 with Community Builder (version1.4). The issue is I dont have a CB ADVANCED SEARCH OPTION plugin for Joomla 1.6 version.

2) So I installed Joomla 1.5 version and tried installing Community Builder (version1.4). I am getting an error -"There was an error uploading this file to the server.".

What I am trying to do-- a Membership site that needs CB ProfilePage ,Advanced User Search Capabilities,Search for users with/without photo,membership options.

Ukescuba,Jayamdae and other experts -can you pl. help me on which path to take--Joomla 1.6 route or Joomla 1.5 with CB1.2 or ???

I like community builder alot, but you should look into Jomsocial. you can get it free at scriptmaifia.org.

its agot a lot of cool features and its a bit better the community builder in my opinion.
