Membership site - Need a forum partner

Hello!

I have a page that is currently 3 months old. I'm getting around 500 unique visits daily.
The page has a good niche and I think is going good. I have little time so articles are comming up slowly.
I tryed to develop a forum but failed miserabely because I used some 3rd grade application for it. Now I started to make phpbb and will connect it to my site.

I have all categories and forum topics done. I need to change the header of phpbb forum and that's it for start.

I need some help by someone experienced enough on forum field.
What do I need excatly? Someone who will help me get members to the forum and monetize it. The page's adsense is already bringing around 130$ monthly, so the forum could do the same.

My website topics are : parenting, pregnancy, babys, safe internet, health ...
