How does a membership site differ from another site???
if you can't drive traffic to your website ... you should read/work a lottttt harder!

anyway try these fast techniques maybe theyll give you an idea what to do:
1- page on facebook / group on facebook
2- twitter account
3- maybe youtube videos that show the link at the end for your site
4- social bookmarking ... social networking ...
5- if you have a couple of dollars to spend try advertising the website !

and for the membership site theres additional methods like REFERENCE and awards for people who refer to your site....
you just have to work hard and read on this forum...youll learn a lot of stuff...

Try to target people in your niche on social networks. From there, deliver the best quality content and they will come.

My favourites would be Youtube and Facebook and then perhaps some link creation service from our forum? That should get sth going! So you can measure and split test.

Social Bookmarking, Referal Incentives, Adwords And different PPCs!
