I am working on a site that needs each member to have his own "dashboard" to make purchases, tracking, billing info, etc. Something like what Ebay has where a member logs into a "personal" area. (This isn't for an auction site but for an offline rental site for members) Any ideas?

I agree, without learning how to code, these are the best mashup alternatives for the measure you are looking for. From a programmer stand point, amember is one of the most user-friendly pre-builts out there on the market.
