Question about adult traffic/paypal
Ok, so a say i own a website with non nude girls but promotion adult ad's etc... and have a subscription to the nude images will paypal ban me?
also if they can what is a good payment processor? or would integration to a cpa lockup program be even good as a 2nd option?
I was thinking just have a private forum where memberships can be paid for privately and discreetly.

alright, the main content would not be anything nsfw. all clothed
What if i just provide access to a forum?
Can always make another subscription website and have the non-adult site's membership include subscription to the adult one
Won't be porn or anything just images.

Re: Question about adult traffic/paypal
there's one thing i can't really understand for some time now:
if paypal is against the adult biz in itself, how come they are partnered with the biggest adult dating network: adultfriendfinder?

subscription to a non adult website and offer subscription to the adult portion so 2 sub;s at once. have it masked so viewers see ( subsribe via paypall, get taken to the whitehat website where they subscribe ) they get subscription to 2 websites?

Re: Question about adult traffic/paypal
I know a few adult web masters who have been canceled and had their funds held for a long time by paypal.
I would recommend using ccbill or an adult friendly plug in play merchant.

Re: Question about adult traffic/paypal
Yes, do not use paypal. I rarely use them for things they accept. They have huge issues and suck for a merchant account. Paypal is garbage.
For anything near the adult biz, use CCBILL.
New software coming soon that will make SENuke look like child's play!

Call PayPal and ask them they will let you know.

You're risking a lot by doing things this way. PayPal is notorious for banning unseemly businesses that are technically within the rules. With any processor, you could have issues. And of course you still have to follow 2256/2257, even if you are providing non-nudes.

I emailed the bastards asking them about something similar to your situation and the froze my account.
I sent a random email to their AUP department and they took the email address from which I sent the question and started looking at all of my transactions from anywhere and everywhere.
Before they would restore the account I had to remove any mention to PP from any of my sites that had even the slightest hint of adult material.
I would replace their ass in a heart beat if I could find a suitable replacement.

Re: Question about adult traffic/paypal
Don't even bother trying.
You may dodge them for a while.
But when they find you, they'll just freeze your money.
Logically it may not be right. But they do whatever they please.
Is it really worth it to you to try to find what you *think* is a loophole?
