indianpower.org is it the site you are referring to?
Its very slow at my end and is not loading completely. But from initial look i can say its a forum script.

+1 none of the content ever loads for me i get the top bit then just a really long page with a background on it its also very very slow

If it loads that slow, it might be something to avoid...

maybe becouse of its locateded in the netherlands.
by me it loads good.
and im in an login page.
its an torrent tracker with stats and th progams of it.

its bad that you all cant see it.
cuz needed one of it.
