That is exactly what you should do. In doing so, PayPal will not automatically
set a red flag to your suddenly very active account. Once you have a terms
and a support page up and showing, you can even point them to this page.
Be sure it includes what a customer should do to handle any disputes/issues
(such as 'go to our support page' or 'contact us at'), as this is one of the
key factors PayPal uses in determining the legitimacy of a given rush of
transactions.

Then, so long as you do not receive a plethora of charge-backs, you should
then be sitting pretty.

Well I am interested, so I went to check out your web site. I entered plgoldmine into the browsers address bar as you had listed in a previous post and the domain's root directory listing popped up. So this is what I was greeted with:

You need to either place an index page on the domain root or setup a url rewrite that will redirect to your sales page. Personally I would also disable the ability to view a directories contents for the domain as the are rather inviting to crackers. If you need any help fixing this just let me know and I will get yu the instructions to do so.

Are you still wanting testimonials? From my brief look around each of the directories, I thought that the members area looked like it contained some interesting items. I would be glad to help you out with a testimonial if you still need more.

From all of you that posted here, no one is interested having a Membership at my site......Maybe I need to look in other places.

This much I can tell you from a 'customer point of view' - typos make your site look very amateurish - taking your nice looking sales page and making it... well... largely worthless. If English isn't your primary language, or if you aren't very good at grammar, then you need to find someone that is and get them to carefully read over your ad copy and fix the mistakes. Even the graphics have typos or sentence fragments.

I think that once you fix those errors your site will look much more polished and with the right traffic could produce profits for you.

Just my opinion... good luck with the site!

the hardest part in a membership site is how to sustain it. i've tried this before, spent a hell lot of time creating my landing page, but never actually kicked off.
