Does anyone have an idea how much I should quote to populate a new dating website with 100,000 members with verified email, IP address and profile photograph?
Has anyone any non-newbie ideas on how to go about this? Any tools I should use?

Are they fake profiles or real profiles? If real, are they exclusive or not?

Once that's sorted out just do a DB import - charge your hourly consulting rate for the import plus the cost of leads.

Depends what you are looking to do, if you are only looking to create the feeling of a popular site this would work, but keep in mind that this sort of work is usually custom and doesnt come cheap.

No man, start your own affiliate program and find some super affiliates to promote it for you. You will have more success if you offer compensation for free members, but it will cost you A LOT! Offer them compensation for paid membership and offer them more than 50%. That way you can't lose!

Each exclusive profile would be anywhere from $2-6... that's without pictures.

Non-exclusive, about 50c to $1.50.

If they have that kind of money to spend, hit me up and I'll see what I can do.
