I am looking for the cheapest source of PLR videos that I can find. My intent is to re-do the intros, possibly edit or add to them, and resell them on DVD if possible. I'm looking for the cheapest source possible - some subscription based sites sell 4 DVD's each month for up to several hundred dollars (USD) on a subscription basis. I prefer a source where I don't have to buy them with on a subscription and they don't have to be on a DVD - I can edit downloadable videos and produce my own DVD products.
