Question About Cell Phone Billing

You see those sites out there that ask you to enter your cell phone number, then they charge you on your cell phone bill. How do you do that? Do you need to have an agreement with the cell phone carrier? I was considering charging members through their cell phone bill but don't know how to do this technically. Help would be appreciated.

I do. I am actually currently working on a project that involves this, trying to get the details worked out with the provider though.

Yes you do have to get approved for billing through each provider. The phone company usually takes 50% of the bill. So if it is $10 item they get $5 of it.

You also get a lot of unbillables that is from people not paying their bill so you end up loosing a lot of money doing direct bill.
