US Geo traffic $0.05-$0.20 CPM needed, Firehose volume 50M+

Hi guys, I have been gone for a while, and have been super busy setting up sell side relations.

Now I am hot on the buy side. I need a massive quantity of $0.05-$0.20 CPM US geo targeted traffic redirected to a set of landing pages.
Where can I find a really high volume on a really short notice (1-5 business days) ?

I need upwards of 50M+ per week, and if not whatever is possible by cobbling different sources.

To clarify, this traffic needs to be real, and the http connection REMOTE_HOST(remote_addr) has to have the real US geo IP address(as per MaxMind.com's API: maxmind.com/en/geoip_demo) of the connected user.
All HTTP connections have to have a real browser user agent, and all other HTTP headers sent in the request to the landing page have to be legit.

Traffic may not be TCP/IP tunneled in any way. No proxies are allowed, US or otherwise.

Cash is on hand to purchase, but will need to test the stream with a trial first, and a short agreement will be made to protect both parties after the stream is approved once the trial is over.
