This?s my first big post to motivate all the members here who have failed many times just like me a few months ago. I used to think that IM is not for me lol but then realized that what I need is to focus on a niche, instead of doing everything at the same time.
In my country, there?re many movies streaming sites and they make lots of money selling premium membership, after looking carefully at these website, I decided to make a free movies streaming site myself but will target international users.

- Domain name : I got a .to domain name from tonic.to ($100 for 2 years)
- VPS : A small VPS from Knownsrv would work and Kruno from Knownsrv is really nice. (19.95)
- A Script : I bought a script from a webmaster forums and used it for the first version of my website, now I have a team with a custom-coded script that have all the features I want. You can use Wordpress and look for someone on freelancer website to help you to code the embed function that will allow you to embed video from video hosting site such as videomega, openload, videowood (these video hosting sites give you about $20 to $40 on every 10.000 views)
- Ad-center account : if you don?t have an account with them, contact me and I will tell my account manager to create an account for you. This is a rev-sharing network which will give you about $16.5 on each sale you generate.
- Propeller account : For Pop-Under ads on your site.
- Time : Yes, a lots of time as I had to read many posts about getting traffic, promoting the website, how to spam on socialmedia, and the most important is time to DO the plan.
What I did in the very first days of the website :
- Installed the script on the VPS
- Invested few bucks to re-design the site.
- Started uploading the movies to videomega, openload and got embed code from them.
- I hired 2 people to add the movies into my website, they also helped me to re-write all the movies?s description (I want the content to be unique as google loves it)
- Put the ad-center ads button under the player, make them as impressive as possible.
- On your website, here?s what you need to have :
- DMCA page : Telling that you never host the movies yourself and all the movies are hosted on 3rd party sites. For example please look at this page : http://putlocker.ms/dmca
- Contact us page or you can use Zopim live chat service so that users can contact you.
- FAQ Page : To let your users know how to use your site.

- Reddit : You will need a high karma account which you can buy from Fiverr. After having a good account, you can start posting link to your site on some movies sub-reddits. Please read the term and condition on every sub-reddit before posting or you may be banned for spamming too much.
- Forums posting : It still works, won?t bring much traffic at first but will do after few months.
- Facebook group posting : You need a facebook account for this. Just try to join as many movies groups as possible and the next step is to post your sites there. Don?t spam as your facebook account might get blocked.
- StumbleUpon : Submit your site there and buy some stumble+ from fiverr, the traffic here is good for entertainment websites.
- You can also spam Youtube comments, I haven?t tried this yet.
IMPORTANT:
- Don?t buy any Facebook fan page posting/Twitter Retweeting service on Fiverr as it?s just a waste of time and money.
- Don?t buy cheap traffic, they?re all bot traffic which will eat your VPS?s bandwidth and give you no profit.
- Use Cloudflare caching system to have better page-load.
- Work hard and it will pay off.
