the best pay per download allowed "fake hacking file"?

Hello, I own a personal blog in which I allow users to download DAILY collections of fake hacking/cracking tools

I've never tried to earn nothing from it, but recently it has became quite difficult to dedicate time to my updates, so I'd like to put something in my pocket too...

So I'm searching a good pay per download website.

My needings are:
1) allowed fake hack like "skype hacker 2013 tools"
2) Good price for survey ( intl)
3) 1$ to 20$

I've tried searching on the web, i try cleanfile, fileice, adwork media and in the TOS it not allowed.

Hope you'll be able to give me a good hints.

The offers come from CPA company's, use the forum search and look up content locker pro. I think thats what its called anyway.

offers doesnt come with content lockers lol. Sign up to a CPA network like peerfly/adwork media/etc then add the offers to your own Content locker like Mighty Content Locker. If not you can use a content locker that comes with CPA networks (only some CPA networks have their own Locker)
