I'm trying to figure out what's best for my PPD and CPA links. Is it okay to shorten them that way?

It's fine but depends on the people that click them. Generally adfly and bitly type links ring a bell, because there's a lot of fake content behind those links. I've been looking for a decent link shortener with an attractive name myself. I like uni.me and the other available domains ("yourchosenname".linkmaster dot com) but recently that site has been flagged by google as dangerous..

Use bit.ly or goo.gl, if you are going to use adf.ly or other links, people might get confused and start clicking in the ads of the site that appears and not skip the ads. That's my opinion.

I don't worry about "users not clicking". I have concerns regarding the PPD/CPA companies. Do they allow that kind of stuff? Putting their offers (CPA) or download link (PPD) directly behind bit.ly or any other URL shortener?
