Yes it still works, but it's harder than it used to be.

I'm giving the tubes a shot.. already have a few videos up under 1 account and getting a decent amount if traffic to my content locker. forgot one little step and im sure it's the reason I had no conversions.

It's still work i uploaded a video on youtube and got $2 by the next day using CPA content locker.

It's pretty damn hard nowadays because YT are strict as hell with accounts. You'll need to manually create PVAs with private proxies and bind them to the account, so maintaining 1 IP per account. Don't upload more than 5 videos per account per day, and don't leave a footprint. It works.. but be prepared to lose some accounts whilst getting it right.

Also create your own PPD gateway otherwise your margin will be minimal.
