Hi, Blackhatters,

My friend who is a student but lost his job wants to know where he can find a job as a virtual assistant. I told him some of freelancing sites but i thought to ask you guys if you know anything more about virtual assistants as i don't have much experience on this field.

He is pretty talented on creating Backlinks, Squidoo Lenses and some other SEO tasks.
I know this from my experience as when i have projects i usually hire him.

I told him that i can teach an easy method on PPD which is working good for me as a test method, but he likes something more stable and want's to have a secured position.

He is looking for something more on-going basic so any info would be great.

craigslist
elance
odesk
fiverr
mturk(amazon mechanical turk)
blackhatworld

Most go to Elance, and Odesk to find VA's.

May I ask for you to expand on your PPD method that you mentioned?

Yap,
I told him about sites and thanks from you guys for suggestions.

It is about Youtube and PPD.

yup the best option is freelancer , elance, odesk and fiverr...
get some feedbacks .
then rank some youtube videos use yahoo answers to bring in big sales..

Another one for oDesk and Fiverr.

Anyway, I would try to specialize with something very peculiar: everyone is doing blog commenting or forum profiles creation (to tell an example) so I would try to diversify a bit (and grow reputation).

Also, at the very beginning, over-delivering is actually an option, to get the most positive feebacks.

IMHO :)

Well,
I usually pay him for Articles or Some link building and i pay for links not per hour.

I suggested him to use Freelancer and Elance also Fiverr as i have used them before.
But i firstly told him to start creating some websites and rank them it would be better in the long run.

Try the following:

Freelancer.com
Odesk.com
DP Forums
Fiverr

Do odd jobs until you find something full time, make some cash. Better than nothing. A lot of competition for online labourers.
