Anyone good at making a forum website?

Hello. I am interested in owning my own forum website for gaming and stuff. I dont have the money to purchase a vBulletin licence or else I would go with that.
But right now im looking for someone that can make a me a forum website like install it, I can take care of the rest from there. I am thinking of doing it with phpbb or mybb since they are free. If you are willing to do this for me please pm me. Im willing to pay if you would like. I can do it myself but rather get help from someone that has more knowledge. Thanks

I talked with him yesterday, you can see in his post that he is "willing" to pay for setting up the forum. I talked with him, and he told me he has no money now but he will get back at me I think I asked him for $50 to set up everything for him, memberships and all that.

Now he is posting again.

If you wanna help him for free, you can go ahead, but if you contact him, because he is "willing" to pay, don't do it.

Yea and I told you I would get back to you since I think your price is high for installing it for me especially since phpbb and mybb are free. So im looking for someone who can do it for less bro. Is that wrong for me to do?

I alread told you ... phpbb,mybb or vbulletin it's the same for that person who can install a forum. Don't worry he will not pay you the vBulletin license if you want vBulletin. Lol. For somebody who can install forums and will help you probably phpbb=mybb=vBulletin.

As what I have seen it is not hard to do, I can do it myself but like I said I rather have someone do it for me. All I need is someone to install it for me and change they background which I dont think its worth $50 to do that. Im looking for someone that can do it cheaper. And that is exactly what I told you yesterday. Are you mad cause im not doing it with you or whats your problem bro.
