Hey everybody,

I am trying to advertise for a dating-site on facebook.

But somehow it does not work and always got - regardless of the photo or text - blogged!

What could be the problem? Have anyone tips and tricks?

Thanks :o

Are you direct linking your affiliate link? If so, try to iframe the offer. Also, make sure that the offer does not have popup on exit. Goodluck.

what sort of dating site? i was promoting adult date link last week and that worked fine for me

Thank you for your replys,

beaglejuice: I did Iframe some time ago but Facebook warned me after just a couple of days 'promoting things that were not approved by the guidelines', so I had to delete all ads within 48 hours. I do not use Pop-Ups at the end - why is that a problem anyway, when using iframe - do you have any bad experiences with that?

The German offer I am promoting gives 5? per SOI, but when promoting it directly, every direct ad is disaproved because it is categorized as 'casual dating' which is apparently not allowed. Other similar clients like edates & cdates are not a problem, they get approved instantly...but don't perform as well as flirtcafe.

skyhigh1989: really? You could promote that without getting caught? Or do you just promote the offer for like a day and then remove it from your account? What's your secret? ;)

Thanks for replying!

i just direct linked straight to their home page through my affiliate url. I made sure I had a hot looking girl, but not too raunchy, cause fb always seem to reject ads with those pics. It's still running at the moment, not converting very well. I think I need to change my targeting options.

Nice... I do not know how Facebook check the ads anyway, it seems to be a little random. It seems like Flirtcafe is hard to promote through Facebook. The payout is 5€(!) for a single opt in lead on facebook and I presume the payout is that high because of the difficulties there are to get the ads approved for that advertiser.

Anyone got experience promoting Flirtcafe on Facebook?
