I saw some guys telling that they upload 200 videos a day with youtube genius.My question is are the videos all the same..?I mean can someone explain me how he gathers that massive amount of videos for only 1 niche??And are they all the same or something like 10 vids are the same and the next 10 are different ?In short - is the uploading normal and careful or just !!!SPAM!!! ?

Yes, it's possible to spin one video as many times as you wish.

At that quantinity, it depends on the person.
Some have programs which edits the video or messes with it a bit to change it and avoid filters, some make several videos and just rotate them.

I personally upload 3 videos per account ( all different micro niches )
then make a new account and repeat.

Well... it looks little discouraging for the users when they see 6 videos - all the same and with identical description one after another in the youtube video ranking .. :x How can I prevent this or just leave it ?

I just change the thumbnail so they seem different vids.
Keep in mind that not all videos will rank first page for you.

Although yesterday I had 3 videos top 3 for a keyword and thumbnails were all the same, looked extremely funny yet I was getting 300 hits a day from them till they got removed =D

Yeah but the avaible thumbnails are only 3 .. ;/ .At least for a short video I think.I have never tried uploading a 3 minute + video .
