I have just set up an website where I put freebies cpa offers email submit moust of them from apple(free iphone/ipad) and free games.
I made the website simple with 3 columns (sidebar | content | sidebar) . In the menu I've put Home | Apple | Games | Others | Privacy and Policy . In each category I've presented some of the offers.
Now comes my question How should I bring traffic with no investment. or maybe an investemnt <20$ .
I've planned to create an facebook page + twitter.
Should this be enought?

Any advice I'll be verry happy, for example :
Where can I get free backlinks... etc

II'd recommend a youtube page also. On your youtube page, offer LEGIT, good info that people are searching for. IE. "Apple reviews" etc.. and just toss your link in the description or something.
If they're looking for say "Apple Reviews", then they may be in the buying mood and when they are offered a free one... they'd bite.

What kind of video to make ? What should I put in it ?
