Last night I decided i'm going to have a go at adult. Since then i've managed to get over 100 randy people who want to see content in my niche (following on twitter etc.) and i've got random girls submitting content in my niche (had 7/8 submissions in past 19 hours) i also have an EMD for my niche which is getting a nice amount of searches

Now here's the problem. I don't know what to do with it Content is mostly pictures but one person did submit a video. I'm thinking of a gallery style site with a section for newest submissions on front page and one on top of that one for highest rated submissions but problem 1) I have no idea how to go about doing that and 2) What do i know? I've been in this business for 19 hours! :P

Monetization will probably be a premium area, haven't decided on CPA or membership yet but that said the whole monetization methods aren't set in stone and i'm likely to change that if i'm honest.

So, back on topic. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

easiest way is with a CMS like wordpress. Plugin away! And, remember, you can always re-do it if you hate it.

Make damn sure you have good service agreement and privacy policy available so that when you share the videos people are uploading you at least have a small bit of protection... make real damn sure also that all models are over 18 or you be fooked

^^ do some searching for model releases. I use them for photography and they're required to publish. Forgot about that.

couldn't you join a bunch of adult site affiliate schemes then just run ads on your site along side your user submitted (and free!) content?
