It does a bunch of things. You can use offers from all networks instead of just being stuck with one network so this means you can promote offers that are not incentivized. Second you can customize your lockers layout like no other and also supports postback which means that when someone fills out a survey it will confirm it and then they can get whatever content they were wanting. It also supports a timing feature which can be used if your network does not support postback. The code that is generated from CLPV2 gets added to whatever website you have but you must have a root to install it to. The only code for your networks would be the postback. Trust me man, buy it, it is worth every penny.
