ok this is just an idea that I have...

I have been collecting lots of quotes and stories for around 5 years now and sometimes i use them a lot when i have to give speeches and stuff cause I learnt from John Maxwell the importance of filing....

well i have been doing this for a while and i have a microsoft word document of about 50 pages of some of the best quotes and stories that I have gathered.....

was wondering if something like that might sell on fiverr??? i honestly didn't really have intentions of selling this cause it took me a lot of years to get all these things and $5 is way underpriced but it's just an idea....

what you all think??? it is more geared at ppl who like motivational quotes and stories....

I'm not very familiar with the in-n-outs of fiverr. But, the first thing that comes to mind is any of the content copyright, specifically the stores...?

There is a lot of uses,
Put them in your sales pitch and on a video

Break them into catergories

Quotes for wedding occasions
Offfice parties
christenings
funerals
open a few gigs see what happens

If uou get the sales pitch right and use a bit of imagination you could so very well

Try and sell it and find out. Nobody knows what people will buy. I have a gig on fiverr I thought nobody would go for and it's now my best seller. There's a guy who has a site selling dog turds and that's how he makes his living. He packages the turds in chocolate heart boxes or jewelry boxes or whatever as gag gifts. Before I knew that I would've never thought someone could sell dog turds.

Why don't you try to break it down into sections and sell off info/services that way.

Even make a a few websites with good SEO and post it all. Just expand it a bit.

Seems like alot to lose for $5 imo.

dude.. you can sell everything in fiverr. I got a friend who sell the same..

ok i put it on fiverr....now how i get people to know this exists cause if i just leave it there i am not sure if anyone will know about it....

just tell the story that you gather this for 5 years I think somebody would be curious what is it and five dollars is not a lot for fiverr's buyers

Also make sure you have something extra to give to first customers in exchange for good reviews

It is possible, but you have to make your gig eye catching. A real profile picture (at least looking like real), long title and long description (use the maximum symbols). As davids already suggest you, offer a free bonus for the first buyers. Upload cool video. If you didnt make any sales the first day, you have to create a fake positive feedbacks. Good luck!

Well done mate. I'm not a pro but I would say do everything you can to get reviews as it will help keep the momentum going

I think you haven't right to sell them because someone else wrote it not you and if someone is selling my story (i'm writing stories) I would go to judgement! DO NOT SELL THEM

well to be honest man most of the book is quotes and next to each quote i credit the author....there aren't plenty stories and most of the stories are really jokes that are on some jokes websites and it has a moral to the jokes....that is all

i can assure you that none of those will be your stories but i appreciate your honesty.

I have to agree that you never know what people will go for on Fivver, i put up a gig to sell 28 videos on Ebay and not one sale in 10 days.
Heck if you can not give stuff away its seems time to pack in LOL
