IT'S ALL ABOUT TRAFFIC!!!
You can't make loads of money when you only get about 50 clicks a day! no matter how good your network is! you should really be asking how can i drive huge amount of traffic to my website...... because..... even with a rubbish network if you get something like 4000 hits a day! you will still be making money!!!!!! its all about traffic not the network!!!
In my eyes google adsense is the best network going!

even though the OP's question wasnt really thought out and seemed like it took him two seconds to ask, it's still nice to see a "new" topic of how to network with CPA then search and find an old. because what works in 2011 might not work in 2012.
plus it's a forum, every question in the world has been asked and possibly answered - if people just said "search it' then internet communication would come to a grinding halt.
anyways, I figured it was traffic (no visitors = no completed offers) huge numbers game but would buying traffic be a good option, I've read around the forums that it changing your conversion (am i saying it right?) I'm kind-of going with vagex to get youtube views and direct that way and hope to pick up scrapebox in the near future.

try adworkmedia. They are a good CPA network that allows content locking.

You need to use a content locker to increase your conversion rates and increase your income. But as importantly by using your OWN locker you can use a blank referral feature so you can hide where your traffic comes from. It's your traffic - you need to protect it. Good luck!

If you want to make some less money with less investment then AWM/MGCASH/AdGateMedia are an option. In other ways use own content locker to increase your income by getting own CPA offers matched.
