Buy it. You can use it on your own or open a service.

Be careful though. Buy it only if you're really planning to do/learn SEO.
It's a great software but it's not required for starters to earn money.

If you have no experience with link building strategies, a bookmarking software may be more efficient. In the other hand, a good understanding of different scrapebox's features and how they fit together can help you gain rapidly a nice picture of how seo is being played.

SEO wise it became pretty useless post panda to blast directly to your $ sites. Think 30% of my sites (100+) were untouched by scrapebox and are doing way better in the rankings.

If used correctly and with tiers it sure can be usefull but i am not working with it anymore and i had 6/7 copies.

There are better tools in my opinion nowadays.

What do you plan on using it for?

Dont just say backlinks, you need to know what you will do, i.e i want to send 1k backlinks per day on AA or i want to add 20 per day on niche related .edu pages.

Then you can start to see if you can get the requirements your after from somewhere like fiverr (which you almost certainly can)

Dont buy things because they are good, they are only as good as the user.

$57 is not much money at all, but you could also with 5 hours work get set up and purchase domains for 7 or 8 EMD and set up with adsense with fully unique content.

So its all in perspective of what your personal action plan is to making money
