You don't need to buy a Website. Use Wordpress. Make it look as proffessional as possible. Use relevant plugins, etc. If you have Basic HTML knowledge you should be ok to set up payment systems etc. A few £$ here and there though would get you a domain/hosting. Good luck!

Fiverr.com is always an option. You can also advertise your services here on BHW within the appropriate categories.

But in all honesty, if you're too cheap to buy a website, then maybe you should rethink this whole Black Hat thing. A website gives your business validity, if you ask me.

You can think outside too... Offline marketing. You could make and place a sticker on your car. Or make a flyer and put on some crowded places.

You could simply just network on forums related to your product then build up a contact list (emails, instant messaging services, social networks, etc.) with potential buyers and spread it through word of mouth. Sometimes that yields the best results.

I think if you dont have money to buy a website then web2.0 will help you best.. There are hundreds of free web2.0 site which provide you the functionality to develop your web2.0 to look like website.. Just create them and promote them using other kind of linkbuilding..

There is actually a setup that allows you to sell through a Facebook page. I've never tried it but it looks pretty good.

There are lots of ways to get clients without having a website. You could network on forums, put up a LinkedIn profile, talk to people on Twitter, etc. A website makes you look more reputable, but if you're good at networking and are selling a service then you can do a lot without one.
