As many of you know, I am Talia from Payoneer. We are looking into a new service and are looking for some people for our pilot program.

We are looking for anyone who is not US-based and gets paid (or is looking for a way to get paid) by Amazon (affiliate program), Google (AdSense), EPN (the eBay affiliate program) or are you a game tester?

You don't have to be a current Payoneer user - in fact, we prefer if you aren't (though you are welcome to contact me if you are as well!)

Payoneer is a faster and cheaper way to get paid for international affiliates and we'd love to talk to you if you're interested in hearing more.

I do get paid with Adsense, but i would very much prefer if i get my adsense paid with payoneer.

Please define "Are you a Games Tester?"

Are you literally talking about video game players/testers? Or do you mean someone who wishes to "Test a new Game" with "game" being something that needs testing, like some new affiliate program or payment solution.

Someone who is actively testing games. We don't have a game to be tested.

is there any limit (like ceiling) for receiving payment in my virtual account?
for example if I receive $10,000 from amazon this month can payoneer process that?

(asking because somewhere i read payoneer can only process upto $5000; not sure if that is correct)

You can transfer unlimited funds to your VA, and we can process it, but we can only process it in batches of $2,500, so you will see 4 loads of $2,500 over a 4 day period, but it doesn't affect you or your account in any way. All the funds will arrive and will be there.

Please remember that you can only have $10,000 on your card at any given time, so you if you have more than $10,000 in your account, we will have $10K on your card, and each time you spend funds/withdraw from the ATM, our system will automatically transfer the remaining funds onto your card.

At all times, you will be able to see under My Account both your card balance and your account balance.

@Talia: Do you still not review new applications for your VA service? I got an email on 14th Dec where i was told that you're in a process of switching banks and reviewing new applications will last longer than usual.

I am a games tester, was testing a game in one of the biggest game studios here in the UK, now doing contract work as a 3D modeller but still actively participate in the testing of games in development. I also don't have a payoneer account, and not in the US.

How may I be of service?

Yes, we aren't reviewing them yet. We only sent out the new details this week so we want to make sure everyone transitions well. If you could email me your ticket ID next week, I will push it through once we start again.

No, not at all. There isn't a limit on partner loads or on Virtual Account loads. Don't worry.

I just wanted to make a small clarification. I know this is a black hat forum, but I also know that most of you aren't only black hat. I've gotten a lot of awesome emails from y'all, so thanks, and also a few questions that I wanted to clarify.

The people we are looking for need to know that our regulators require that we have full knowledge of who our users are, and we are required to have an official photo ID on file, as well as some other info. Please know that this program is only open to people who have no problem with 100% disclosure.

Of course, I have no problem with the fact that many of you want to be "hidden" as it were, but unfortunately we will not be able to accept those of you who don't want to be identified and forthcoming about who you are into the program.

This is something you'd need to confirm directly with Amazon

I already applied for a payoneer card almost 18 months back...received nothing,never got back to the site since then...did you stop issuing cards to Indian users?

Yes, actually, but for the past year, not longer. Last January the RBI issued new regulations whereby any company located outside of India cannot issue credit or debit cards to Indian citizens. Within days, however, we enabled a bank transfer for our Indian users, so you can still get paid through Payoneer directly to your bank account, in Rupees.

You should have received an answer to your application regardless. If you'd like to reapply, it can't be for the card, it would need to be for the bank transfer, but if you do, please PM me your email address that you use to apply and I will rush your application through.

We've since removed the requirement for 3 recent partner payments, though each request is reviewed and approved on an individual basis.

If you've submitted a request and have a ticket ID number (starts with LTK) I'd be more than happy to follow up for you.

I'm just apply to payoneer and waiting for shipping of the debitcard, But when I'm login to my amazon I can't find any menu to withdraw our affiliate commission through payoneer, could you show me how to set amazon payment method to our payoneer account?

You can apply for our US Payment Service, which allows you to receive US ACH transfers from our white list of approved companies (Amazon included).

To apply, simply contact us via the e-mail form on our website. Also feel free to PM me the e-mail address on your account, and I can help speed things along for you.
