How can I remove negative feedbacks on fiverr?

Hey everyone, I got to tell you that this thread is not to tell you how to remove your negative feedbacks on Fiverr easily but to see if anyone got any ideas how that thing can happen and how to do it. I've just joined Fiverr for over a month, I sell "Social Marketing" related stuffs and at first I got 5-7 orders per day which made $500-600 a month but now you know what, $0-100 a month. So what is the thing? What is the reason behind this? And yep there are some sellers on Fiverr who can easily removed their negative feedbacks just after night and they are taking all of the orders from me. And here are at least 3 sellers on Fiverr that I know they can remove their negative feedback, here is their username and some starts about their best gig, today 10/12/2011, just type their name in the search function of Fiverr (sorry I cant post the link to their gigs here):

1. Alanlestgo
Gig rating: 100%
Seller rating: 100%
Positive feedback: 3,333
Negative feedback: 0
Orders in queue: 9
Joined Fiverr over 1 year ago

2. Facebook__like_
Gig rating: 100%
Seller rating: 100%
Positive feedback: 970
Negative feedback: 0
Orders in queue: 88
Joined Fiverr 3 months ago

3. eric11
Gig rating: 100%
Seller rating: 100%
Positive feedback: 2,034
Negative feedback: 0
Orders in queue: 9
Joined Fiverr 6 months ago

Can you believe that? 3,333 Positive Feedback and 0 (Zero) Negative. Yeah, some people might say Yes they can do it as they do extremely good job and made their 3,333 customers happy. But the fact is NOONE CAN DO IT. With more than 3,000 orders do you thing he did not have even a single negative feedback? I DONT BELIEVE. So I tested it out. I bought 4 gigs each from 2 sellers, one is from Alanletsgo and one is from Facebook__like_. Here is what happened:

1. I ordered 2 times 200 facebook likes from facebook__like_ for 2 of my random newly created facebook fan pages.
1.1 First order he delivered 250 likes (they are all fake).
1.2 Second order he delivered nothing.
Then I gave him 2 negative feedback.
1.1 They are all fake profiles.
1.2 You did not deliver anything at all.
And guess what? I just went to bed and the next morning they are all removed. The feedbacks have been removed even without my consent, so I asked Fiverr admin and no response from them.

2. I ordered 250 facebook likes from Alanletsgo for 2 of my random facebook fan pages.
He delivered all the likes for 2 of my fan pages but they are all fake too.
So 2 negative feedback given which stated that all the likes are fake. Then again 2 of my negative feedback were removed after night. And again no response from Fiverr admin.

Here are just 3 cases which I know, I think there are more sellers who doing the same. I want to know what the **** is going on and how the heck they can do that. I finally came up with 4 possible answers:

1. I done a quick search and I saw that some people selling things like "I'll remove your negative feedback on Fiverr for $5" on Fiverr (of course it has been banned from Fiverr) and other website as well, so I thought there are viruses or hacking system or whatever I dont know (I'm not expert in this field) that can remove the negative feedback.
2. They are members/staffs of Fiverr and they do it with/without Fiverr owner consent.
3. They have relationship with Fiverr owner like friend/family.
4. They pay Fiverr to remove their negative feedback.

Thats it, I cant go any further, so what do you thing? So anyone know any way to remove negative feedback on Fiverr please share it here.

1) Nice title. You didn't reveal how to remove feedback so why'd you even both posting your complaints?

2) It's like getting eBay feedback removed. If you deliver, you're protected.

3) Yes it's possible. Not difficult to do either. It should be floating around the forum if you'd just search.

just today I saw that, and I think mm I will buy something but then change opinion because 100% positive with 3k orderers is too much

I would think it might be as easy as getting the account of the buyer removed by reporting copyright infringement or some violation of TOS and poof negative feedback gone. Just a guess though

Seriously, you dont have to troll every single thread on BHW. Stop the spam for a sek and take a break.

Thanhthai2212, there is not any method for removing bad feedbacks. These sellers are working hard for their reputation and you leave bad feedbacks just for fun? Just for your experiment? The Facebook likes are fake? Oh really? And what do you expect for $5? So the seller have to provide you 300 real likes for $3,92?

Fiverr have to protect the top rated sellers from people like you (haters).

When people create fake accounts and use them to like your page.

Those accounts dont normally have friends and if they do ,just a few of them

real likes - when ''real'' people like ur page.. it shows interest etc etc

I forgot to tell you that before and after the experiment I kept my eyes on them, and they actually can remove the negative feedback. As far as I know, for a month the seller facebook__like_ has removed around 40 negative feedback. So do you think it is fair? They are taking all of the orders from other Fiverr sellers and it is also kind of misleading buyers to buy their gigs.

when i worked for ebay sellers would remove neg feedback by simply filing a defamation order against ebay to remove the neg feedback...

they ALWAYS .. always removed the feedback. you just need a simple template from a lawyer to do this and send it in. this is why ebay no longer has neg and only 'neutral' feedback

hate to bump this thread, just found out 1 of my 'top rated' competitor remove the negative feedback from 1 buyer who left the same neg fed my gig.

Anyways, think about it as reputation protection. If someone leaves you good feedback you don't care at all, that email goes into a folder that you never check, but when you get one that signifies negative feedback you jump all over it, either offering the person an additional gig free of charge, or figuring something out. Happens ALL the time. Leave a piece of negative feedback on a popular gig and see if that person doesn't try to come to an "agreement".

I don't think Fiverr just goes on neg-feedback deleting spree. It can hurt their income and reputation too.
They evaluate your gig, they see your orders and estimate the value of your gig.
If you had delivered as described then they will delete it as the buyer is just trying to defame you or something.

Buyers can change their feedback, so it is a good idea to convince them with extras or other mutual agreements to do so. I have yet about 10 (out)running gigs atm and 0 negative feedback ever and processed a bunch of orders.

I agree there should be a way to remove stupid ones.
I have 2 neg: one is because it doesn't work in his country and the other one is because he can use it since his account has been banned in the past.
I just can't control that stuff even by being proactive, you can't guess everything...

You always have to keep good communication with customers! Even after receiving negative feedback!

So if you can convinced them that you are not supposed to get negative feedback and if they agree with you. Then just place a support ticket and I believe everything will be fine just like before!
